Pre-Installation Preparation
Inspect Equipment: Ensure all LED panels, cables, power supplies, and connectors (e.g., hub cards, sending/receiving cards) are undamaged and functional.
Site Assessment: Verify the installation area’s dimensions, load-bearing capacity, and accessibility. Check for power sources and avoid obstructions.
Design Layout: Plan the screen configuration (e.g., resolution, aspect ratio) using CAD or specialized software (e.g., NovaLCT) to align with venue requirements.
Frame Assembly
Sturdy Structure: Use lightweight but durable aluminum frames or truss systems for temporary setups. Ensure the structure is level and securely anchored.
Panel Alignment: Mount panels in sequence, starting from the bottom row, and lock them tightly using quick-release mechanisms or magnetic systems to prevent gaps or misalignment.
Power and Signal Wiring
Separate Power Circuits: Avoid overloading by distributing power across multiple circuits. Use industrial-grade cables and connectors (e.g., PowerCON).
Signal Daisy-Chaining: Connect panels via CAT5/6 or fiber optic cables in a daisy-chain topology. Label cables to simplify troubleshooting.

Safety and Maintenance

Weatherproofing: For outdoor use, deploy waterproof covers and ensure panels meet IP65/IP67 ratings.
Emergency Plan: Keep backup panels, cables, and power supplies on-site for quick replacements.
Post-Installation
Content Testing: Display high-resolution content to validate image clarity and refresh rates.
User Training: Brief operators on basic controls (e.g., brightness adjustment, input switching).
